Sumitomo’s Helical Shaft Mount (HSM) speed reducers are found in challenging power transmission and material handling applications around the globe. Produced in 13 case sizes, available ratios go from 5:1 to 25:1 and maximum torque is close to 400,000 lb-in.
Their proprietary steel Taper-Grip® bushing system simplifies mounting. Integrated output and input shafts ensure reliability and the precision-machined gray cast iron case helps minimize noise and vibration.
