Dodge is one of the oldest names in power transmission components and as American today as it’s always been. After merging with Reliance, the combined company first became part of Rockwell and then Baldor. Today it’s an ABB brand, along with those other names from the heavy-duty conveyor, bearing, pulley, and gearbox industry.

West River Conveyors carry Dodge parts to meet all of your operational and maintenance needs. Contact West River at 800.332.2781 to discuss sizing, availability, and pricing.

Dodge Bearings

Pillow block bearings from Dodge support rotating shafts and absorb vibration, impact and axial loads. They’re known for providing reliable, low maintenance service. Dodge manufactures their bearings at factories in Tennessee and North Carolina, as they have done for decades.

West River Conveyors can supply a full range of Dodge ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, spherical roller bearings, and journal and hydrodynamic bearings. Multiple housing styles, bore sizes, locking mechanisms and seal options are all available.

Dodge Reducers & Gearboxes

For torque multiplication and direction changes, it’s hard to go wrong with enclosed gearing from Dodge. Available in configurations from right-angle to parallel and concentric, these deliver a combination of high reliability and high power density that’s hard to beat.

West River Conveyors can supply new, used and rebuilt Dodge reducers and gearboxes in a range of ratios and gear drive formats. This includes bevel, helical and combination gearing styles.

Dodge Reducer Gearing

If you need new gearing to refurbish, repair, or upgrade a Dodge reducer, West River Conveyors can help. We carry an extensive selection of gearing in a wide range of ratios for just about every model of Dodge gearbox. This includes through-hardened and carburized gearing to suit the reducer type and application-specific requirements.

Dodge Shaft-Mount Reducers

Dodge shaft-mount reducers are known for long life and high reliability. This results from the attention paid to design details like sealing and bearing design. West River Conveyors can supply reducers from the popular and robust TXT and SCXT helical gear families plus other designs as needed.

Dodge shaft-mount reducers are produced in a wide range of sizes and ratios. SCXT models are designed primarily for screw conveyors but are also used in belt applications. TXT models are widely used with belt conveyors in the aggregate, mining, and cement industries.

Dodge Couplings

Dodge produces both metallic and elastomeric couplings. These can accommodate shaft misalignment and increase the torque transmitted. Elastomeric couplings are an especially popular choice for customers using VFD starters.

West River carries elastomeric/rigid/low speed Dodge Couplings.
